SHIPPING/POSTAGE
Domestic orders are shipped using NZPost , which comes with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to reach you.
International orders are shipped using NZPost International Courier, this service includes a tracking number. Please allow 6-10 business days for your order to reach you.
Standing Fierce is not responsible for items once they leave our hands.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Standing Fierce will gladly accept returns for in-store credit only on unworn and unused items only. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned for exchanged items must be in brand new condition, unworn/unused, with the original packaging.
All Returns/ Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.
Please contact us about any exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item.
